Dirk Pollet

Dirk Pollet has extensive experience in security and compliance, currently serving as Business Process Owner focused on Continuous Improvement in the Customer Experience Group at SWIFT since April 2006. Previous roles at SWIFT include Head of Compliance, Head of IT and Operations Program Management Office, Senior Product Manager, and Principal Business Consultant, emphasizing lean transformations. Prior to SWIFT, Dirk worked at Belgacom as Executive Manager of Corporate Security, overseeing security policy, IT and network security, and investigations. Dirk also held the position of Security Director at KPNQwest - Ebone, focusing on IT and network security, and further developed information security expertise as IT Security Manager at Belgacom and IT Security Consultant at Siemens Nixdorf. Dirk holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science from KU Leuven.
