Eileen T.

Eileen T. currently serves as Deputy CSO at Swift since April 2024. Prior to this role, Eileen held the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Varo Bank from February 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included the design, implementation, monitoring, and governance of information security, business continuity management, and third-party risk management. Eileen spent a significant portion of career at Deutsche Bank from 2015 to February 2022, initially as Global Cyber Security Analytics Transformation Head and CSO, overseeing the global implementation of cyber security analytics, and later as Director, Asia Pacific Regional Head of Cyber Security Operations, where Eileen built and led comprehensive cyber security operations. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Publicis Groupe and PepsiCo, focusing on information security, IT strategy, and risk management. Eileen holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Strategic Management from Indiana University and an M.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore, and is currently pursuing a generative AI course for business leaders.
