Frank V. has extensive experience in infrastructure operations and network management, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Operations & Customer Access and Backbone Network at Swift since May 2001. In this role, Frank oversees global infrastructure operations and data center management, responsible for the operational management and design of multiple data centers and large-scale facility projects.
