Grace M.

Grace M. has extensive experience in software development and coaching, currently serving as an Agile Coach at SWIFT since March 2017, following roles as a Software Developer/Engineer and Associate Software Developer. Prior to SWIFT, Grace was an OCIO Data Science Lab Intern at the Smithsonian Institution and gained practical experience as a Junior Fellow at the Library of Congress, where work focused on the Humanities and Social Sciences Division. Early career includes roles as a Student Employee at the University of Mary Washington Digital Archives, as well as at the University of Mary Washington Bookstore. Grace holds a Doctor of Philosophy in History from George Mason University, where studies are ongoing, alongside a Master's degree and a Digital Public Humanities Certificate, both completed at the same institution. Grace's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts and a Post-Baccalaureate Degree in History and Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington.
