Helen Alexander is currently the Head of Key Clients & Corporates and Partners Segment Lead for the UK and Ireland at SWIFT, a position held since 2024. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, they served as the Senior Manager of Financial Crime Compliance Initiatives for the Americas and UK at SWIFT, among other roles in financial services. Helen began their career at Bankers' Almanac and BankersAccuity, where they developed foundational skills in customer support and client relationship management. They hold an LLB Hons 2:1 degree from Solent University, completed in 2008.
