Jerome Piens

Jerome was appointed Chief Product Officer in March 2023. The Product group brings together Swift’s technology and product development, and delivers all the products and services aimed to respond to the needs of the banking, securities, market infrastructure and corporate customers.

Jerome joined Swift in 2002 and has worked in various leadership roles across the commercial and marketing organisations. Most recently, he was Head of Transaction Management, where he led the implementation of the transaction management capabilities with overall responsibility for product delivery of strategic services such as Swift Go and Payment Pre-validation. His previous roles at Swift include Head of Platform Services and Head of Central Platform in Marketing, as well as Programme Manager for the cooperative’s Australia NPP instant payment solution.
