Joanne Fraser

Joanne Fraser is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in transaction banking and cash management. Currently, Joanne serves as Managing Director and Head of Transaction Banking UK and Head of Cash Product UK and Europe at Standard Chartered since January 2022. In parallel, Joanne holds the position of Director and Chairperson for the UK National Members Group at SWIFT, overseeing representation for member banks in the UK. Prior experience includes significant roles at HSBC as Managing Director and Europe Regional Head of Payments, along with various leadership positions in payments strategy at RBS Markets & International Banking and Royal Bank of Scotland. Joanne's educational background includes a 2:1 MA (Hons) in Business Organisation from Heriot Watt University, completed in 2000.
