Michelle Workman

Michelle Workman has a strong background in technology auditing and security management. Michelle started their career as an intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000 and then interned at Deloitte & Touche in 2001. In 2002, they joined Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an IT Auditor at the Universal Service Administrative Company. Michelle then joined George Mason University in 2007 as a Senior Information Technology Auditor, where they worked until 2015. Currently, they are employed at SWIFT, starting as a Technology Auditor in 2015 and progressing to Head of Security Analytics in 2020.

Michelle Workman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they received certifications as a Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP) - Level 1 from OKR International I OKR Consulting & Training in 2021, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2018, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2003.
