Moire Futrell

Moire Futrell has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving in this capacity at SWIFT since March 2020. Prior to this role, Moire worked as a Learning Consultant at Axiom Resource Management, Inc. from March 2019 to March 2020, and held the position of Training Coordinator at ncgCARE from July 2012 to May 2019, where curriculum development and management of the Relias Learning Management System were key responsibilities. Earlier career roles included Treatment Foster Care Case Manager and Life Skills Coach/Case Manager, focusing on client placement processes and individualized treatment plans. Moire holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, obtained in 2009.
