Ng Ferdinand

Ng Ferdinand is currently the SOC Manager (EMEA) at SWIFT, having previously managed the SOC team in APAC. With a robust background in application support, Ng led a team responsible for monitoring and problem management for SWIFTNet servers, and developed tools to enhance operational efficiency. Ng also played a pivotal role as the Stream Lead for the India Project Operation Readiness Test. They hold multiple degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in their field.
