Qian J. is currently the Director of Digital Assets Strategy at Swift. Prior to that, Qian was the Founder and CEO of Chinese Women in the City, which focuses on the personal and career development of Chinese female professionals. With extensive experience in financial services, Qian has also held positions at Fireblocks, London Stock Exchange Group, LCH.Clearnet, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. Qian holds a Master's degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
