Rick Daas

Rick Daas has extensive experience in the HR field, serving as a Senior HR Specialist at SWIFT since April 1988, where Rick began as a salary and insurance specialist before gaining comprehensive knowledge of all HR department functions. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a system operator for the SNC Controller at SWIFT, transitioning from the test area to live systems. Earlier in Rick's career, experience as a Radiologisch Laborant was gained at the Majella Ziekenhuis Bussum from March 1985 to November 1987. Educational qualifications include a Post HBO in Coaching from BGL and a Bachelor of Science in Personnel and Labor from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
