Rose Ong has over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Deputy Head of Swift Oceania since December 2016. In this role, Rose is focused on expanding Swift's Corporates and NBFI business in the Oceania region, driving new account acquisition and enhancing customer relationships. Previously, Rose was self-employed from May 2013 to December 2016, engaging in personal investment projects while managing family responsibilities. Rose's tenure at Bloomberg LP from February 2000 to May 2013 included multiple leadership roles, culminating as Head of Bloomberg AIM for Australia and New Zealand, where success was achieved in business development and client adoption. Earlier experience includes positions at Delta National Bank, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and IBM, covering a range of functions from corporate actions to foreign exchange trading and marketing support. Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University.
