Rui Liang is a seasoned product and portfolio manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Product Owner for MyStandards at Swift since March 2016, Rui leads a cross-functional Agile team to govern Swift messaging standards and is responsible for product strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end product delivery. Prior to this role, Rui managed training portfolios for over 11,000 financial institutions at Swift as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Previous experience includes working as a Functional Analyst at KBC Bank & Verzekering and as a Consultant for IBM Belgium, specializing in enterprise integration solutions. Rui holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University, and has been recognized as an International Scholar at KU Leuven.
