Tim Handley

Tim Handley is an experienced Program Manager currently overseeing the SWIFT FCC strategy at SWIFT since March 2021. Prior to this, Tim worked at Deutsche Bank as part of the VRM Transformation team from April 2020 to March 2021. Tim has a substantial tenure at HSBC, where roles included Head of Business Programme Management & Control for FCR Operations - Transaction Screening, Change Programme Manager for Sanctions Screening, and Global Change Delivery Programme Manager for Payment Services, focusing on operational readiness, client experience, and transformational change. Earlier career experiences include positions at EDS for ABN AMRO and ABN AMRO Bank in IT management and implementation roles. Tim's career began at Rolfe & Nolan Computer-Services as a Test Manager, and early on included mechanical technician work at the British Antarctic Survey. Tim holds an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City St George’s, University of London.
