A lot of charity donation platforms treat Gift Aid as paperwork to chase after the fact. We built ours to capture the declaration at the moment someone actually gives.

SwiftCause is UK charity donation software. A charity's own phone becomes the way people give: tap to pay, or scan a QR code. No separate card reader to buy.

For smaller contactless gifts, we also track eligibility for the Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme (GASDS), the lesser-known top-up scheme for small cash and contactless donations, within HMRC's rules on caps and matching.

We're a software vendor, not a charity and not an HMRC agent. Every charity keeps its own HMRC relationship and submits its own claim from the export we generate.

Currently piloting with a UK charity. Built in Bristol.
