Ed Tobin

Ed Tobin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ed has held various leadership roles in engineering and architecture, working for companies in a range of industries including technology consulting, software development, and water system management.

Most recently, Ed served as the Vice President of Engineering at SwiftComply, where they led a team in the development and delivery of compliance management software. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at Klir, where they scaled an international remote team from 4 to 19 engineers in the first year.

Ed also held the position of Head of Engineering at Humanyze, where they helped companies make informed people decisions through data analysis. In addition, they served as the Director of Engineering at Burning Glass Technologies, managing an international team and delivering data-rich decision support applications.

Before their roles in engineering, Ed was the Director of Enterprise Software Architecture at Elekta - Clinical Oncology Solutions, where they were responsible for the overall architecture framework and business area software systems roadmap.
