In 2019, they were a Sales and Business Development for RolePoint. Currently, they are an Account Executive, Senior Sales Representative, and Sales and Business Development for SwiftComply.

Reilly Kirk obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and International Business from Oregon State University between 2014 and 2018. In 2017, they studied International Business at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) as part of a study abroad program.
