James Kendall

James K. has over a decade of work experience, beginning with their role as the Proprietor of Malton Computer Services in 2010. In 2011, they joined Northland Controls as an Application Engineer, Technical Project Manager, and Application Engineering Manager. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at McKinsey & Company as a Product Manager for Smart Office and Premises Security. In 2021, they joined Snowflake as a Security Systems Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined the Security Industry Association (SIA) as an Advisory Board Voting Member for the SIA PropTech Advisory Board (PTAB), where they also co-chairs the Thought Leadership Sub-Committee. James is currently Director of Enterprise Engineering at SwiftConnect.

James K. has a long and varied educational history. James began their education in 1995 at Howsham Hall Preparatory School, followed by Norton College from 2003 to 2005. James then attended Malton School from 2005 to 2007, and completed a Certificate of Higher Education in Computing from the University of Leeds in 2008.
