Swiftsure Vessel Solutions provides a wide array of marine services: Pre-purchase, Condition and Valuation, Damage, Electrical and Corrosion surveys; Refit Oversight; Transport Canada declarations of conformity for International boat builders; Transport Canada compliance inspections for Blue Sticker Program; Electrical System design; Fault Current inspections (Marina surveys); Instruction (systems, navionics, etc.); and more.

Raymond is a Certified Marine Surveyor (CMS) with National Association of Marine Surveyors (NAMS Global) and a Compliance Specialist with National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). He is also certified with the American Boat and Yacht Council as a Master Marine Technician and holds certificates in Standards, Systems, Electrical, and Corrosion.  He sits on ABYC Project Technical Committees for electrical, electrical components, fuel and ventilation, and detectors and now works with ABYC as an Instructor.

All survey reports are generated in Force 5 with over 700 points covered during the inspection in accordance with Transport Canada TP1332, TC Small Vessel, ABYC, NFPA, ISO, CFR and USCG standards and regulations.
