Joshua Ross

Joshua Ross has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Joshua began their career in 2000 as a Network Security Administrator at Brasstech. Joshua then moved on to become an Information Technology Manager at Nationwide Auction Systems and a Senior Security Administrator at Masco. In 2004, they took on the role of Director of Information Technology at K. Hovnanian. Prior to this, they were a Consultant at Swiftcomm, where they were the Lead Administrator for Data Center Network Operations Center. Joshua also held the role of Help Center Manager at Teknicaitg and Consultant at both ISS and United Trust Union. Finally, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at SwiftTech Solutions, Inc. since 2000.

Joshua Ross completed their formal education in 2002, when they earned Associates and Certificates in Computer Repair and Networking from Computer Education Institute. Since then, they have obtained several certifications from notable institutions such as VMware, Veeam Software, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA. These certifications include VMWare Certified Associate - Data Center (VCP), VMWare Technical Sales Professional 5 (VTSP5), Veeam Technical Sales Professional - VMTSP, Dell Power Edge, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2000 (MCSE), and A+.
