Mark Hayfield

Mark Hayfield is a seasoned technology and project management professional with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Interim Chief Technology Officer at SwiftXccess since 2021, Mark is focused on driving innovation at the intersection of technology and finance. Prior to this role, Mark was the Director of Project Management at Wirecard from 2015 to 2020, leading a team in delivering multiple payment solutions while successfully managing a significant Data Center Migration project. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at Fujitsu, where responsibility was held for the Data Warehouse Solution Team and analytics solutions delivery, as well as positions at Hays as a Product Specialist and at HC - Human Capital as a Client Engagement Manager.
