Andrew K. Smith

Andrew K. Smith is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Savory Fund, bringing over 16 years of experience in the food service industry. They have owned and operated more than 450 restaurants nationwide and have been recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year by EY and QuantumShift. Currently, Smith leads a team at Savory Fund that partners with brand founders to scale restaurant concepts into multi-unit brands, having successfully closed two funds of $100 million each and launched a $200 million Fund III in 2024. Smith also serves on several boards, including The Sicilian Butcher and Hawkers Asian Street Food, and is a co-founder of the Restaurantology® Summit, aimed at educating emerging restaurateurs.
