Devanshi Ray

Devanshi Ray is an experienced applied behavioural scientist and manager currently working at Swiggy since September 2023, focusing on uncovering insights and implementing multi-faceted approaches through research and experimentation. In addition, Devanshi serves as a behavioural science consultant and designer for Slow Fashion Movement and has prior experience as a founding member, product associate, and habit coach at Alyve Health, where responsibilities included designing habit coaching programs and coaching corporate clients. Previous roles include a trainee at 1001 Stories, where insights were generated through consumer research, participation in Cowry Consulting's Global Summer School, and a research analyst position with the Warwick Behavioural Insights Team. Devanshi holds a Master of Science in Behavioural and Economic Science from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Christ University, Bangalore.
