With a wealth of experience in fostering and health and social care, the organisation has a proven track record and a reputation for excellence. 

Established in 1988, Swiis has a profound understanding of the changing needs of both public and private sector health and social care providers. 

This experience and industry knowledge created a natural platform from which to grow Swiis Foster Care in 2000 - an independent foster care service. Our foster care facilities England have been rated as either ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Good’ by Ofsted, and our foster care service in Scotland is also highly regarded by the Foster Care Inspectorate.
