Arnaud Brons

Arnaud Brons is an experienced data analyst and product leader currently working at Swile since February 2025. Previously, Arnaud held the position of Head of Product at Holaspirit, where responsibilities included roadmap construction, team scaling, and recruitment, as well as managing a project integration with Talkspirit. Arnaud also served as Head of Product at Talkspirit, implementing SCRUM methodologies and integrating discovery practices. Prior roles included senior technical account management and product specialization at Adomik, where Arnaud focused on revenue optimization algorithms and client performance. Earlier experience includes managing an international account portfolio at Unilever, overseeing logistics budgets and performance management at Orchestra-Prémaman, and conducting market studies for Roldo Rent. Arnaud's educational background includes master's degrees from ESSEC Business School and École Polytechnique, alongside a Bachelor in International Business Administration from MBS School of Business.
