Tom Ahi Dror is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and human capital strategy within the technology and defense sectors. As Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Swimm since September 2019, Tom Ahi Dror focuses on enhancing developer productivity and knowledge sharing. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Israel Tech Challenge from July 2017 to July 2019, where Tom Ahi Dror contributed to bridging the gap in Israel's developer workforce. At the Israel National Cyber Directorate from March 2013 to July 2016, Tom Ahi Dror developed a national strategy for cyber-related human capital and initiated educational programs. Early in the career, Tom Ahi Dror held various command and analytical positions in the Israeli Defense Forces and earned advanced degrees from Princeton University, Tel Aviv University, and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
