Alan Wolf

Alan Wolf has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Alan started their career at Graham Construction Co., Inc. in 1989 as a Project Manager, where they managed construction projects from start to finish, handled budgets and schedules, and coordinated with various stakeholders. In 1995, they were promoted to Vice President of Construction Services, responsible for leading the company and managing multiple employees and marketing efforts. Alan also coordinated real estate development through the parent company. In 2003, Alan joined Swinerton Builders as a Preconstruction Manager, and later became the VP and Division Manager in 2012, overseeing project management, field operations, and ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards. Throughout their career, Alan has shown strong leadership skills and expertise in the construction industry.

Alan Wolf, LEED AP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a DBIA Professional from the Design-Build Institute of America and as a LEED Accredited Professional from the USGBC.
