Daniel Getting currently serves as the Regional Director of PreConstruction and Estimating for Southern California at Swinerton since November 2018. Previously, Daniel held the position of Director of Preconstruction and Estimating at Skanska from April 2016 to November 2018, and was a Project Executive at Tishman Construction, an AECOM Company, from March 2014 to April 2016, managing large projects in the Western Region of North America. Earlier career experience includes serving as PreConstruction Manager at Austin Commercial from November 2009 to March 2014, and as Chief Estimator at Swinerton from January 2001 to November 2009, where responsibilities included leading budget reviews and risk analyses. Daniel began the career as Lead Estimator at Weis Builders from May 1995 to January 2001, focusing on estimating a variety of projects. Daniel holds an Associate’s Degree in Architecture from Dunwoody College of Technology, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
