Eric Faust is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Executive at Swinerton since March 2012, Eric has played a pivotal role in leading the INW/Boise division, focusing on special projects and the development of a self-perform group. Prior roles at Swinerton include Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager, overseeing significant projects in healthcare and education. Eric’s earlier experience includes a Project Engineer role at SJ Amoroso Construction Co. Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, and numerous professional certifications, including LEED AP and CESSWI Inspector.
