Steve Raper is an experienced construction management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Swinerton since January 2023, Steve previously held positions as Adjunct Faculty at Wake Technical Community College from August 2022 to December 2023 and as Construction Project Manager at T.A. Loving Company from March 2021 to April 2022.
