Terry McKellips

Terry McKellips is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with over two decades of experience at Swinerton, where responsibilities have spanned various leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Region Manager, as well as Division Manager for the San Francisco/East Bay Builders division. In this capacity, Terry oversees project management and field operations, focusing on project planning, staffing, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards. Terry's career at Swinerton includes roles as Operations Manager, Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Terry holds a degree from Colorado State University, attended from 1981 to 1986, and is slated to retire in February 2025.
