Dave Parks

Dave Parks has over 25 years of experience in the software and technology industry. Dave began their career in 1995 as a Student Worker for the Kansas Forest Service, where they maintained seedlings for soil conservation, ran a Bobcat forklift, maintained the grounds of the Forest Service, and shipped trees to soil and wildlife conservationists across Kansas. In 1998, they became a Teacher for the Cheatham County School District. From 2017 to 2023, they worked as a Software Architect for Howard Measurement, where they were a contract software and product developer (full stack) for the company and developed four business to business apps. Currently, they are a Lead Flutter Developer for SwineTech, Inc.

Dave Parks attended Kansas State University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Secondary Education with an emphasis in Business and Computers. In December 2016, they obtained an Intermediate level of Spanish Fluency certification from Duolingo.
