Ada Ma currently works as a Substitute Teacher at Swing Education, responsible for supervising K-12 students and managing classroom behavior. Ada has extensive experience in customer service as a Barista at Starbucks since September 2017, and previously held the position of Counselor at San Francisco State University during the COVID-19 pandemic.
