Ryan Eberhard

Ryan Eberhard currently serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Swing Education, where the focus is on creating a technology-enabled marketplace that connects schools with substitute teachers. Eberhard also operates Eberhard Ranch & Vineyards, a working vineyard and winery in Santa Barbara wine country. Previously, Eberhard was President and Advisor at JobGet, successfully leading a strategic pivot towards profitability and improving Return on Ad Spend significantly. Prior roles include Chief Product Officer at ZipRecruiter, where oversight was provided from Series A through the company's NYSE IPO, and Co-Founder & CEO of Cult Cosmetics, building a large social media community and launching an influencer cosmetics brand. Eberhard also held executive positions at Murad, MyLife.com, and served in various engineering roles at Carnegie Mellon University. Eberhard holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Information Technology, as well as a BS in Logic and Computation, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
