Aleksandra Kwiatek

Aleksandra Kwiatek has a diverse work experience in recruitment and HR roles. Aleksandra currently holds the position of Senior Recruitment & People Specialist at Swing Development (SwingDev), where they have been working since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist at SwingDev from June 2021 to August 2022. Before joining SwingDev, Aleksandra worked as a Talent Recruiter at Talent Place from April 2020 to April 2022. Aleksandra also had a brief role as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Founder + Lightning from February 2021 to May 2021. In addition, Aleksandra has experience as an HR&Recruitment Specialist and Recruiter at Daftcode from November 2019 to February 2021. Aleksandra also worked as a Consultant at Camp Leaders from October 2018 to March 2020. Aleksandra Kwiatek completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations with a specialization in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2015 to 2018. Aleksandra then pursued further education and obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2019 and 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, they also completed a Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global in June 2020.
