Damian Gurtman

Damian Gurtman has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Damian started their career at indaHash in 2016, where they worked as a QA Intern, Junior QA, and eventually became a QA Lead. In 2018, Damian joined Printu Sp. z o.o. as a React Developer, where they developed web applications using the React.js framework. In 2019, they joined Swing Development (SwingDev) as a Junior Project Manager, overseeing software development and design solutions. Damian quickly moved up to the role of Project Manager and eventually became a Senior Project Manager. Swing Development later became a part of Hippo Insurance, where Damian continued to work as a Senior Engineering Project Manager, leading projects and managing client relationships.

Damian Gurtman attended the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology from 2015 to 2020. However, their education was interrupted and they did not obtain a degree. Damian was studying Technologie informatyczne during their time at the academy. In June 2019, Damian obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance.
