Damian Marczak

Damian Marczak is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at SwingDev, Damian previously held multiple engineering management roles at Tidio and Vistex, including Director of Software Development. At Vistex, responsibility included overseeing a multi-team office focused on JavaScript front-end and .NET development. Prior to that, Damian held key leadership positions at hawkeye and worked as a software engineer at various companies, including Cybercom, ABB, and Pixel Technology. Damian holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology.
