Marcin Mincer

Marcin (Martin) Mincer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marcin (Martin) is currently the Director of Operations at Hippo Insurance in the Warsaw office. Prior to this, Marcin was the COO and Co-Founder of Swing Development (SwingDev) since 2013. Marcin (Martin) also co-founded Blade Polska, a software development consultancy, where they worked from 2011 to 2019. Marcin was also the Director at Swing3D, a virtual reality transformation company, from 2017 to 2019. Marcin (Martin) worked as the Head of Operations at Future Sense Tech Inc from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Marcin has experience as a Research Engineer at NASK in 2012 and as a System Analyst at Sygnity in 2010.

Marcin (Martin) Mincer attended Warsaw University of Technology from 2006 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
