Michał Butkiewicz

Michał Butkiewicz is a Design Director and Head of Design at Hippo Insurance since April 2023, specializing in modernizing home insurance through technology-driven solutions. In parallel, Michał leads a team of 12 product and graphic designers at Swing Development. Previous experience includes serving as Head of UX/UI at EcoVadis, where Michał expanded the design team and introduced new processes, along with roles as a Course Instructor at AkademiaUXUI and Software Development Academy. With a strong background in user experience design, Michał has consistently advocated for design thinking and collaboration across teams, while also mentoring emerging designers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and an immersive course in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
