Radosław Hanaj

Radosław Hanaj has a diverse and extensive work experience. Radosław recently worked at Swing Development (SwingDev) as the Head of Delivery starting from October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of PMO and a Senior Project Manager at the same company from January 2021 to October 2021 and from November 2019 to October 2021 respectively. Before joining Swing Development, Radosław worked at Netguru where they held the positions of Project Manager Team Leader from December 2018 to November 2019 and Project Manager from September 2017 to November 2018. Radosław also worked at Lionbridge where they started as a Test Engineer in August 2008 and eventually served as a Team Lead, Localization Lead Engineer, Localization Senior Engineer, and Localization Engineer until August 2017. Radosław began their career at Epson as a Customer Assistant from September 2006 to March 2008.

Radosław Hanaj completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Process Engineering from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki Stosowanej i Zarządzania WIT w Warszawie. Radosław pursued this degree from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Wyższa Szkoła Technik Komputerowych i Telekomunikacji w Kielcach. Radosław was enrolled in this program from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Radosław Hanaj obtained two certifications. Radosław became a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified by Lionbridge in September 2013. Radosław also attained the Cambridge English: First (FCE) certification in May 2004, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
