Jessica Malarkey has held a variety of positions since 2003. Jessica began their career as a Cashier/Customer Service at Game Crazy in 2003. In 2004, they worked as an Assistant to the Gallery Director at SUNY Brockport's Tower Fine Arts Gallery and as an Office Assistant in the Fine Arts Department. In 2005, they became a Team Leader/Department Manager at Target. In 2007, they began working as a Sales Associate in Paint & Home Decor at Lowe's Home Improvement. Since 2009, they have been the Customer Service & Sales Manager at SwingFrame.

Jessica Malarkey received their Fine Arts degree from SUNY Brockport in 2009, with a major in Gallery Management and a minor in Business Administration. Jessica is currently enrolled at the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design, studying Interior Design.
