Alexandra May

Alexandra May is an experienced Instructional System Designer with a focus on creating and testing online training courses for healthcare surveyors at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Currently employed at Swingtech since September 2021, Alexandra previously held a similar role at Hendall Inc. from October 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included both design and technical writing for online training. Earlier experience includes tutoring students in reading, writing, and mathematics at SpiderSmart Learning Center. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Towson University, earned in 2016.
