Swintros is reimagining how companies hire for customer-facing and entry-level roles.

In today’s hiring world, resumes rarely tell the whole story. Soft skills like communication, personality, and presence are often the most important, and yet the hardest to judge on paper. Swintros changes that by making the first impression the first step in the process.

Our platform lets job seekers submit short, structured video introductions alongside their basic info. Employers can quickly browse and compare candidates, getting an instant feel for who they are before scheduling an interview. This means:

Faster screening: Cut hours of resume reading into minutes of video review.

Better hires: Identify strong culture fits and great communicators from the start.

Happier candidates: Give applicants a chance to stand out beyond bullet points.

We built Swintros to solve two problems:

1. Employers wasting time on interviews that should never have happened.

2. Job seekers struggling to show their personality and skills until it’s too late.

Our early beta is already showing that video-first hiring can dramatically reduce time-to-hire, improve candidate quality, and make the process more human on both sides.

We’re currently onboarding early users and gathering feedback as we prepare for launch. If you hire for customer-facing roles and are in retail, hospitality, sales, or service, then we’d love to hear from you.

Swintros: Find the right fit, faster.
