Kenneth Philipsen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

From 2018 onwards, they have been working at SwipBox A/S as the COO.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Captain at SY FELICIA.

From 2002 to 2016, Kenneth worked at Agramkow Fluid Systems in multiple roles. Kenneth started as the COO, where they were responsible for the overall operations, supply chain, project management, logistics, quality, and production. Later, they became the Manager for Q&E, Purchasing, and Project Management, where they successfully implemented new processes and achieved faster time-to-market and goal compliance. Kenneth also served as the Q&E Manager and R&D Project Manager, where they secured funding for development projects and developed tools and processes for project management. Initially, Kenneth worked as the Quality & Environmental Manager, where they simplified and reintroduced the quality and environmental management system and initiated quality projects to reduce customer complaints and warranty costs.

Before joining Agramkow Fluid Systems, Kenneth worked briefly at Danfoss as a CAD Engineer, specializing in Unigraphics in 2000. Prior to that, they worked as a CAD Engineer at Danfoss from 1997 to 1999.

Overall, Kenneth has demonstrated expertise in operations management, supply chain, project management, logistics, quality management, and R&D project management throughout their career.

Kenneth Philipsen completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in the years 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Business College Syd, where they studied Leadership and Financial Management. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Kenneth Philipsen enrolled in the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology, specializing in SIMT's Management Education (MEN).
