Michael Elbæk

Michael Elbæk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael is currently working as the CFO at SwipBox since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CFO at ScanCom International A/S for seven years, where they were responsible for finance, group reporting, group treasury, and legal matters. Before that, they worked as the Group CFO at Maersk Container Industry, overseeing finance and IT operations. Additionally, they have held positions such as Accounting Manager at Cimber Air and TetraStar, Business Manager at Kreditbanken, and Ekspeditionssekretær at Sønderborg Kommune. Furthermore, Michael Elbæk has previous experience as a professional football player and started their career as a trainee at BFC Data.

Michael Elbæk obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in economics (HD-R) from the Herning Institute of Business Administration and Technology from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Sønderborg Handelsskole from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued studies in the field of HH. Later on, they pursued an MBA from the Henley Business School from 2010 to 2014, specializing in Executive MBA.
