Vamsi Krishna

Vamsi Krishna Rudraraju has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Vamsi Krishna is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Swipe (YC S21), a position they began in 2023. Prior to this, Vamsi worked at Amazon for 8 years, starting as a Software Development Engineer in 2015 and eventually becoming a Software Development Engineer 2. During their time at Amazon, they gained valuable experience in software development. Before joining Amazon, Vamsi worked as a Technical Intern at Intel Corporation in 2014. In this role, they focused on building a proof of concept for image based object recognition, where they learned and implemented various image features and classification techniques. In 2013, Vamsi served as a Summer Intern at the Bhaskaracharya Institute For Space Applications and Geo-Informatics. Throughout their career, Vamsi has demonstrated strong technical skills and a passion for innovation.

Vamsi Krishna Rudraraju attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.
