The Human Resources and Development team at SWIRCA & More is responsible for cultivating a productive and supportive work environment, overseeing employee relations, recruitment, and training. Additionally, they lead efforts in fundraising, community engagement, and program development to advance the organization's mission of providing essential services and support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers in Southwestern Indiana.
