SWIS adopts a strategic, institutional approach to development—placing greater emphasis on capacity building, structured programs, expert mentorship, and impact measurement with an aim to build an emerging social impact institution in India with a firm commitment to create sustainable and inclusive change.
It is a knowledge and action hub that will guide all our initiatives with a dedicated team of mentors and professionals and is organized into three specialized divisions—Centre for Social Awareness & Action (CSAA), Centre for Social Impact & Innovation (CSII), and Centre for Civil Administration & Engagement (CCAE)—each designed to address critical aspects of the social development ecosystem. From capacity building and policy engagement to corporate & philanthropic partnerships, civic literacy, and grassroots innovation.
