Our novel and revolutionary designs challenge the industry standard in order to improve industrial process times and film quality in ALD coatings to medium to large 3D parts in different markets (semiconductor, medical, watch, optics) or fabricate new material systems by combining different deposition techniques with our SC-1 series systems.
